PRESERVE YOUR TEETH IN NEW YORK CITY

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment. Payment is due for services rendered at the time those services are provided unless you have made other arrangements with us in advance. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. If you have any questions about financing or payment, please ask us!
Our goal is to help you achieve and maintain optimal dental care. We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has been paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
At Preserve Your Teeth Dentistry, clinical decisions come first. Our recommendations are based on your individual health, needs, and long-term goals—not on what an insurance company chooses to reimburse.
As a fee-for-service practice, we have the freedom to spend the time necessary to understand your concerns, complete a comprehensive evaluation, and carefully consider your treatment options. This allows us to provide individualized care rather than a standardized, “cookbook” approach to dentistry.
In many cases, the most conservative treatment is also the most complex and time-intensive. Preserving a natural tooth may require more careful planning, advanced expertise, and clinical time than removing and replacing it. Our priority is to protect healthy tooth structure, consider less-invasive options whenever appropriate, and provide care designed to preserve your teeth for as long as reasonably possible.

Dental insurance can be a valuable financial benefit, and we help our patients receive the reimbursement available under their plans. However, insurance policies have annual maximums, exclusions, frequency restrictions, and reimbursement limitations that do not necessarily reflect what is clinically best for an individual patient.
Insurance coverage may help pay for your care, but it does not determine your diagnosis or treatment plan. We first identify the care we believe is clinically appropriate, explain your options, and then help you understand how your insurance benefits may apply.
Preserve Your Teeth Dentistry is an out-of-network practice. Payment is due in full at the time of service.
As a courtesy, our team submits insurance claims on your behalf so that any eligible reimbursement can be issued directly to you. We include the appropriate procedure codes and supporting clinical documentation and will assist with reasonable claim follow-up when needed.
Insurance benefit information and reimbursement estimates are not guarantees of payment. The final reimbursement amount is determined by your insurance company according to the terms of your individual plan.
At Preserve Your Teeth Dentistry, every aspect of care is centered around the patient—with the time, attention, and clinical judgment needed to support lasting oral health and preserve your natural teeth.
